1. Where is Morals made?

All of our products are made in South Africa. Mostly made by hand in our studio above our garage :)

2. How do I know which size hat will fit me?

Our hats come in three sizes: M, L and XL. Most ladies wear a M, most men wear a L, and if you have a really big head, XL is for you. To double-check, measure around your head just above your ears and compare it to the size guide on each product page.

3. How can I pay for my order?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Capitec Pay, debit and credit cards, and Happy Pay if you’d like to use Buy Now Pay Later. All payments are processed securely through trusted South African payment partners.

4. How long does delivery take?

We ship throughout South Africa, and orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days depending on your area. You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order’s on its way.

5. How do I keep my hat looking fresh?

All our hats are machine washable in cold water with mild detergent. Iron on medium heat.
